Brief Answer:
Hi kindly read below

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
I have read your query and understood your concern.
As per your history and considering blood sugar levels normal other causes for increased urination at nights include bladder infection, OAB, increase salt intake or just that you have trained your body to frequent urination at nights. I would recommend a gynaecologist opinion and urine analysis to rule out infection. Other renedies include Reducing your fluid intake in the evening, especially before bed, Cutting back on alcohol and caffeine, especially in the afternoon and evening, elevating your legs for at least an hour before bed and Reducing your salt intake.
Hope I have answered your query.
Regards.
