Brief Answer:
Detailed evaluation is required

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for the query.
Detailed evaluation is required to find out the exact cause of your symptoms.
Hyperthyroidism or other hormonal problems can be a cause. Anemia or low blood haemoglobin can also mimic similar symptoms .
I suggest you to get a TFT(thyroid function test ) for further evaluation.
Do you experience any depressive symptoms or any stressors that disturb you? Because depression or even anxiety can also present with similar symptoms.
Kindly attach the whole report in the follow up query.
Thanks

Honestly I think it’s leukemia

Brief Answer:
Unlikely

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
The symptoms are quite vague and we can not attribute it to leukaemia.
You can consult a physician and plan for a peripheral smear and blood routine to rule out leukaemia or any other haematological causes.
Thanks

Brief Answer:
More investigations required

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Your symptoms are not consistent with leukaemia or any other hematological diseases. We can not make a diagnosis of leukaemia based on these symptoms and more sophisticated investigations are required to confirm the same.
If you are worried you can go for a peripheral smear test to look for any hematological anomalies.
As per your symptoms, anemia, thyroid dysfunction and anxiety are the possible differentials.
Thanks

Brief Answer:
Reports are well within the normal range.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
I have gone through the reports.
Nothing to worry as all the parameters are normal.
As you are worried about leukaemia, there is nothing suggestive of leukaemia. The hemoglobin level is normal and so we can rule out anemia as well.
I suggest you to go for a thyroid function test(TFT).
Are you experiencing any anxiety or depressive symptoms?
Thanks

I already had my TFT done and a ultra sound done. But how can we rule out leukemia?

Answered by Dr. Shinas Hussain (20 hours later)
Brief Answer:
Additional investigations required

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
You can go for a peripheral smear test to look for any features of leukaemia, if any suspicion is there more sophisticated tests like bone marrow biopsy may be required.
In your case I don’t think these are required.
Thanks
