Brief Answer:
Your symptoms are not related to the heart.

Detailed Answer:
Dear,

The pain in this region is typical of musculoskeletal pain, including costochondritis.

I would exclude any possible cardiac issues based on your description and other vital parameters.

So, I am sure that nothing serious is going on!

Please let me know about your appointment! I am sure that everything is going to be ok!

Brief Answer:
There is no reason to panic about your heart.

Detailed Answer:
Dear,

I think that this reading of your apple watch could be just an artifact due to body movements.

I don't think that this is a real value as you didn't feel any palpitations or shortness of breath in that moment.

So, try to relax and don't worry about it!

Nothing serious is going on with your heart!

Hope you will find this information helpful!

Brief Answer:
Your symptoms are not related to the heart.

Detailed Answer:
Dear XXXXXXX

Based on your description it is definitely not cardiac related.

The pain and klicking in this region is related to local inflammation of the temporomandibulary joint.

Nothing serious is going on!

I would just recommend taking ibuprofen 400mg twice daily for a couple of days.

Hope you will find this information helpful!

If you have any other questions please don’t hesitate to ask me again!

Brief Answer:
Your symptoms are not related to the heart.

Detailed Answer:
Dear XXXXXXX

This kind of pain could be related to tendinitis or fibromyalgia.

I don’t think that this is related to the heart, especially considering the fact that there is no change in heart rhythm or vital parameters, no connection to straining physical activity and no chest pain.

So, try to relax and don’t worry about your heart!

I recommend taking magnesium supplements and acetaminophen for the pain.

I also recommend checking vitamin D plasma levels for possible deficiency.

Hope you will find this information helpful!

If you have any other questions please don’t hesitate to ask me again!

Brief Answer:
Your symptoms are not related to the heart.

Detailed Answer:
Dear XXXXXXX

I still think that this could be fibromyalgia.

Another possible cause would be a bulging disc in the cervical vertebral column.

I would completely exclude any possible cardiac issues based on your description.

So, try to relax and don’t worry about it!

Hope you will find this information helpful!

Please let me know about everything!
