Question: I drink a lot of water and all other necessary liquids
but I still feel dehydrated
and don't know the reason as I can see dehydrated hair skin throat
what can be the reason ?

Brief Answer:
It depends upon your intake i.e daily is it meets these criteria ,s

Detailed Answer:
Your daily water requirement is atleast 1500 + 20 ml per kg for each kg above 20 kg , if you meet these and still dehydrated needs as follows
Do you have polyuria? Nocturia?
Do you have fever? Weight loss?

Needs urine examination full 24 hours plus plasma ADH levels,
Thyroid profile ( if you feel anxious)
Blood glucose and serum electrolyte, especially sodium levels

Also see if you spent lots in sun or physical working.
Actual symptoms of dehydration are lethargy, dry mucous membranes, mouth, tears reduced, blood pressure changes.

Take oral rehydration therapy i.e ORS see it helps you or coconut water then you might have mild dehydration.
