Question: Left upper jaw between first molar and second molar ache is there. I'm not able to bite hard food particles.

-Do you have any medical problems or are you on any medication?

- Is there any hole/decay in the tooth?
- Pain is always present or only on biting?
- Is there any swelling present along with pain on gum or over cheek?

Looks like infection below root tips of the tooth

Hi.
Well, it looks like Periapical infection that is below the root tips of the tooth.
But for confirmation an x ray is a must.
So Consult a Dentist and get an x ray done.
For now you can take a pain reliever to reduce pain if the pain is too much.
Avoid chewing from painful side.
Eat soft meals.
Send me your x ray so that I can advise you better.
