Question: I've been experiencing stomach issues for the past few months. I often feel pain before bowel movements, and while it feels like diarrhea, it’s not actually loose motion. My stool has changed to a paste-like consistency—neither solid nor watery. I've also noticed food particles in it, which suggests some indigestion. Additionally, I've consistently dealt with bloating and a burning sensation in my stomach, which sometimes occurs during bowel movements.

Hi and thank you for choosing this service for your query,
The problem you are having is called dyspepsia which is responsible for the burning sensation in stomach.
Ideally an endoscopy should be done to rule out if there are ulcers in stomach area however you can start taking Cap pan dsr once daily in morning.
The pantoprazole part would control secretion of acid while the domperiodo would control reflux of acid back in esophagus causing burning.
Adding dyspepsia with your other symptoms there could be mild infection in intestines causing symptoms.
Would suggest you to take
Tab Oflox oz twice
Tab pan dsr once
Econorm twice for 5 days and get back to me.
