Brief Answer:
It is better to get ECG and chest XRay PA view

Detailed Answer:
Hello,

I need more details about these symptoms like duration, since when do you have, where exactly in chest, does it get worse with breathing or changing position. In case of chest pain and lightheadedness, I will suggest ECG and chest XRay PA view. A heart specialist consultation will be good.

To be done urgently

I already been to a cardiologist and they said everything that I am going through and experiencing isn’t coming from my heart

Brief Answer:
What all are you experiencing?

Detailed Answer:
Hi again
Thanks for reverting back with details. However I need more details (and reports) to ascertain the cause.

A combination of chest pain, fullness after eating small amount and light-headedness after eating could point towards a structural problem of stomach like a lump etc. Have you done a scan of abdomen?

Ct scan with or without contrast

Brief Answer:
USG abdomen to start with

Detailed Answer:
Hi
You can go for USG abdomen to start with. If there is any suspicion of any lump etc that needs more minute details then CT with contrast (oral or iv as decided by your doctor on seeing other reports) is the test.
