Kindly upload Images

Detailed Answer:
Hello,

From your history it seems that last time you had the bumps, they were acne or bacterial infection of the follicules

I request you to kindly upload a few images of the affected area in the Reports section so that I am able to have a look and guide you accordingly.

Brief Answer:
Oral antibiotic

Detailed Answer:
Thank you. I have viewed the images.
You seem yo have furuncles which are soft tissue infection caused by bacteria. I suggest you to take an oral antibiotic e.g either amoxicilin 500mg, thrice a day or cephalexin 500, thrice a day for a week. In addition I suggest you to take an oral analgesic for pain relief like ibuprofen 499mg twice daily.
Take care. Let me know if you need any more assistance

I have already done the course of these antibiotics. There was improvement after the course of antibiotics but it has come back again. So was looking for a permanent solution.
