Brief Answer:
Your symptoms are not related to the heart.
Detailed Answer:
Dear,
I understand your concern and would like to reassure you that the pain in this region ( as in the picture) is not related to the heart.
From the other hand, based on your description, I would conclude about a musculoskeletal pain, maybe costochondritis or fibromyalgia, related to the physical exertion.
So, try to relax and don't worry about it!
I would like taking ibuprofen or acetaminophen for the pain and have some rest.
Hope you will find this answer helpful!
I remain at your disposal for any further questions whenever you need!

Hello thank U so u don’t think the neasea and tiredness has anything to do with cardiac
Brief Answer:
Your symptoms are not related to the heart.
Detailed Answer:
Dear XXXXXXX
I don't think that the tiredness and nausea are related to the heart.
I think that it could be just your stomach, or local inflammation.
Nothing serious seems to be going on!
I recommend having some rest and taking an antiacid coupled with acetaminophen.
Hope you will find this answer helpful!
Please let me know about everything!

Brief Answer:
Your symptoms do not indicate any cardiac issues.
Detailed Answer:
Dear XXXXXXX
The fact that your stomach is upset after eating, may be indicative of gastro-esophageal reflux. I would exclude any possible cardiac issues. In such case you may need to perform a fibrogastroscopy. The ultrasound of the stomach is not an accurate test for the stomach.
Regarding yawning, it is nothing serious. Just a normal reflex coupled with a little anxiety.
Hope you will find this information helpful!
If you have any other questions, please don't hesitate to ask me again!

Thank you last question if I have mvp should I be ok to get covid vaccine even with costochondritis
Brief Answer:
My answer as follows:
Detailed Answer:
Dear XXXXXXX
There is no reason to panic about the covid vaccine. You have no counterindications for this vaccine, considering mvp or costo.
So, it is OK to get vaccinated.
I would just recommend avoiding ibuprofen in case of pain or fever. The only drug you can use is acetaminophen (tylenol), which does not interfere with the vaccine immune response.
Hope you will find this information helpful!
