Question : After waking up for almost 2 to 3hrs eyes are itching and watering with little under eye swelling.

This does sound like allergy and dry eyes but for a confirmed diagnosis we need to do micrscopic examination for which you have to visit an ophthalmologist . Then we can try some lubricants and anti allergic eye drops. Regards hope my answer helps you.
