Why All Of A Sudden My Scalp Has Become Super Dry And Even Hair Is Very Dry?

Post lockdown I moved back to my home town Andaman Islands. It's hot and Humid here.
Had done Keratin treatment in the past. But now have cut my hair short. Used to use blow dry and hair products to style my hair. But have almost stopped using anything as mostly we stay at home.
But all of a sudden my scalp has become super dry and even hair is very dry.
And having a bad hairfall now. Never happened to me but this is really getting me worried and putting through lot of stress.
I started using Helmet while riding recently (I used to never ride bikes before).
Help me with some remedies.

Hello,
Most likely your dry, frizzy hair and excessive hair fall is due to past chemical treatment, blow drying and damaging hair products. You may continue with the shampoo and conditioner after bath. Oiling with coconut oil is fine and can be once or twice a week. You can also break open a capsule or two of Vitamin E (Evion 400IU) and add in the coconut oil before applying on hair and massaging onto scalp. In addition to that I suggest you to take an oral Biotin supplement like either tablet Revilus or capsule Adgain, twice a day for 3- 4 months. These are prescription medications.
