Brief Answer:
Pinched nerve and food poisoning to consider.

Detailed Answer:

Hello,

I have read your question and understand your concerns.

If the pain and numbness is located in only one of your legs, mostly it is related to the pinched nerve.

Lumbar spondylosis, protrusions of the intervertebral disc, etc. may cause nerves compression.

Feeling nauseous is probably caused by food poisoning, stomach flu, etc.

In both cases, is necessary to get evaluated by your Doctor as the first step in understanding better your condition.

Hope you found the answer helpful.

Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care.
