Brief Answer:
Increase dose of meds
Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Your history is a little bit complex and the situation you are suffering is a combination of both RLS, peripheral neuropathy and spinal injury. Also diabetes and hypertension cause a circulation disorder that cause insufficient blood supply and results in pain.
Also your medication are adequate but prozac, requip and norco doses should be increased gradually.
Especially norco that is an opioid.
