- Complete blood count
- Serum creatinine
- Fasting blood sugar

Lipid profile is deranged, need to start statin therapy. Sugar level is in pre-diabetes range, need to start life style modification and diabetic diet. T4 is slightly low, which could be due to lab variation. To confirm, get free T3 and free T4 test done. Other reports are normal.
