Question : numbness in my left leg below the knee has kept me from sleeping.

The numbness in the leg is due to nerve compression in the backbone. For this, you can take methylcobalamin and do physiotherapist. you will get relief.

If you have pain than you can take a pain killer like acetaminophen.
