Why Am I Experiencing Recurrent Stomach Pain A Few Times During The Day?

Question: Hi, I am experiencing stomach pain for few seconds at a time, a few times a day. The part that I feel pain moves around while it is hurting.
Brief Answer:
Most likely pain is due to gas formation.
Detailed Answer:
Hello,
As per your complaint, it seems that you are suffering from an excess intestinal gas formation. Migratory nature of pain for only few seconds is again suggestive that pain is related to presence of excessive gas.
Initially I would suggest you to take a tablet if Omeprazole 40 mg with 2 tablets of activated charcoal (Both available Over the counter). If not relieved then go for an ultrasound abdomen and stool test to rule out presence of pathogenic flora in gut.
If relieved follow the same medications for 3 days.
Hope I was helpful. Follow ups are welcome!

Brief Answer:
Follow up.
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
It is very difficult to make comment on possibilities and probabilities online because first thing about medical science is clinical evaluation of patient.
There are a number of cases there where all signs are not apparent. A patient with severe dyspepsia might not ever have any feeling of bloating or belching. So golden rule of medicine is that there are no rules. Every patient is different and so can be the presentation.
For a definite answer a doctor needs to auscultate your abdomen to listen to the hypo or hyperactive sounds of your bowel which unfortunately I can't.
Second option left is that by going through your general history I could assume the most likely cause in your case and can see how you respond to the medicines which are generally used to treat such cases.
To to cut short I prescribed you two over the counter medications by assuming the most probable cause in your case.
Wish you a fast recovery.
