Hello,
I read your query and here is my advice.
I think you may need to add some more details about you and your cycle irregularities. I want to know your age, how long have you been dealing with this irregular cycles, if you have done any abdominal ultrasound recently .
Waiting for your follow up question.

I am 21year old. My menstrual cycle has been irregular for nearly a year now. According to the doctors at the hospital, I may have diabetes as a reason for this. I have uploaded my reports, please take a look at them.

Brief Answer:
Please check thyroid also

Detailed Answer:
Hello dear thank you for asking again.
I see the reports you attached and they are medications prescribed by doctor in order to help make the menstrual cycles regular.
I think you may need to check your thyroid function doing T3, T4, TSH. Also you are a bit underweight which may also cause irregular menstrual cycles.
Diabetes can also be a reason for it.
Let me know if I can assist you further.

My thyroid test results were normal. Is it necessary for me to eat these tablets for the rest of my life? According to the doctor, I must take this medication for the rest of my life. Could there be anything else I can do to eliminate this problem, like practicing yoga, eating well, etc.?
Would you be able to help me with my insulin carb ratio and insulin sensitivity factor? I don't understand how much insulin I should take for any carbs I eat. Each time, I take a fixed amount of insulin.

Brief Answer:
See details below.

Detailed Answer:
Hello dear.
If everything is normal I don't think you may need to take the tablets for the rest of your life.
I believe you may need to have some diet changes in order to increase weight but it is better to talk to your endocrinologist since you have type 1 diabetes and he will recommend you a more detailed diet and exercise plan.
