Hi dear,
once EKG test is needed to rule out severity there is no other way so please once visit ER its very important to visit early , other causes may be simple gastritis, please do these investigations
EKG,blood pressure,heart rate,cardiac markers,cbc[hemoglobin especially] and your physician can decide need of chest x ray ,lipid profile or any other relavent test on physical examination [symptomatically until you reach tab tylenol 325 mg can be taken ]
