Welcome to the healthcare services. There are many cause of heaviness of ear and ear itching. It can be any bacterial or fungal infection or any eustachian tube dysfunction. It can be allergic rhinitis. So take nasoclear nose drop 3 drops twice daily for 2 week. Take steam inhalation. It can be viral infection which is causing eustachian tube dysfunction. Do not pick ear. Do not out any ear buds. Follow the advice and if the ear fullness is still then consult an ent surgeon and do a hearing test. Please review if you have any queries.
