
Why Am I Feeling Pain Below Breast During Night?

Question: My wife complains that during night while sleeping she feels pain below the left breast. During day time it is not felt so accutely. What could be the reason?

3. Has she lifted heavy objects recently with left hand.
4. When is she due of her periods?
5. Has she suffered from cold and cough recently?

- No3. Has she lifted heavy objects recently with left hand.- No.
4. When is she due of her periods? - Due in another 10days
5. Has she suffered from cold and cough recently? - A month back she had cold, throat infection, cough.

Thanks for your reply.
She is having costochondritis of left rib which is causing pain below left breast.
There is nothing to worry.
It will normalize in 2 weeks.
Till then ask her to take tablet diclofenac twice daily(morning and evening) after food.
