Why Am I Feeling Random Warmth And Pressure In My Scrotum And Groin Area?
Question: I am feeling random warmness and pressure in my scrotum/groin area. Is it because of heartburn or if I over ate and constipated? What can I take to resolve this? I am diabetic, obese and hypertensive also taking androcur, bicalutamide, estradiol as anti-androgens? Male, 35.

I can certainly understand your concern
As per your symptoms the possibility of scrotal Infection is high and should be ruled out.
I generally prescribe a short course of oral antibiotics like Cefpodoxime to my patients with such symptoms.
Additionally I would like to know why were you prescribed antiandrogen medication and since how long are you taking these?
In case if the symptoms doesn't improve in 72 hours with antibiotics, then it's advisable to consider an ultrasound of the scrotum.

I have been taking antiandrogens for 3 years to reduce testosterone but I don't feel they are strong enough that's why thinking of degarelix.
