Brief Answer:
Probably adverse effects of sertraline use.

Detailed Answer:

Hello,

I have read your question and understand your concerns.

Symptoms you describe are most likely caused by sertraline use as possible adverse effects.

Pulse rate is okay, don't worry about it.

Stay well hydrated, eat healthily and discuss with your Doctor about the possibility of the reduction of sertraline dose.

Hope you found the answer helpful.

Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care.
