Detailed Answer:
Hello,
I read your query and here is my advice.
The discomfort in your scrotum may be related to different reasons. Hernia, hydrocele, spermocele, inguinal hernia, kidney stones prostatitis, epididymitis, orchitis etc can be the reason for it.
You may need to get physically examined by a doctor or surgeon. Also do a urine analysis and an ultrasound of testicles and urinary tract.
The treatment depends on the reason of the pain. Kindly revert with scan report so that I am better able to help.
Hope I have answered the question.
Let me know if I can assist you further.
Thanks.
