I read your query and here is my advice.

The discomfort in your scrotum may be related to different reasons. Hernia, hydrocele, spermocele, inguinal hernia, kidney stones prostatitis, epididymitis, orchitis etc can be the reason for it.
You may need to get physically examined by a doctor or surgeon. Also do a urine analysis and an ultrasound of testicles and urinary tract.

can it be torsion? the pain is felt in between testicles

Hello dear, thank you for asking again.
I don't think it can be torsion since it gives more severe and acute pain.
It also gives swelling, frequent urination abdominal pain, vomiting and nausea.
