Brief Answer:
Stop instigating and enhancing factors, add on medications.

Detailed Answer:
Hi.
Thanks for your query, albeit short and specific.
Stomach burning, pain increasing after eating, hiccoughs/burping/ bloating indicate for the following possibilities.
This is called APD that is acid peptic disease.
There looks to be increased acid production in your stomach causing burning sensation.
Increase in pain after food adds to the diagnosis.
Hiccoughs, burping indicate a possibility of GERD that is gastroesophageal reflux. The content of the stomach coming back to esophagus.
I would advise you the following in such a situation:
First of all find the foods, beverages (fluids) and other factors like some habits, stress, anxiety (tensions).
Once you identify the factors that instigate (start) or enhance (increase) the problems and stop them altogether. The removal of the causative factors is the most important part of your management.
Secondly start a PPI like Pantoprazole after consulting your Doctor (needs a valid prescription).
He may add a prokinetic medicine if needed.
If this relieves your problems continue the treatment under his/her guidance.
If the relief is not up to expectation then you may need an upper GI Endoscopy to know the condition of the esophagus, stomach and duodenum so that the proper medications for a particular duration may be needed.
Avoid stress and anxiety as they play a major role.
No late nights, needs good 6-8 hours sleep. early dinner.
Soft bland diet.
All these will help you to get a good relief.
All above factors are important.
I hope this answer helps you.
