Question: Hello,
I am falling sick frequently. I am suffering from fever and cold once in a week. And in periods time my stomach pains like hell now a days and I have reduced 4KG weight within 1month with no reason.

So I need a full body check up.

I have gone through your details and in my opinion you are suffering from chronic infection in lungs. The same infection is affecting your uterus also , causing abdominal pain during periods.

I suggest you get X ray Chest , Complete hemogram including ESR. With these reports you need to consult a physician or better a chest physician( pulmonologist).
Weight loss of 4 kg in one month is very significant also.
