Stress and anxiety looks to be contributory factors.
Detailed Answer:
Hi.
Thanks for your query.
Noted the short history and seen the report.
I am sure that you have been treated for H Pylori already. ( Date on which Upper GI Endoscopy was done? - not seen on the report)
Stomach burning that increases after eating - hiccoughs/burping and ''bloating''.
Upper GI : patchy erythema in fundus, body and D1 - pylorus and D2 being normal. Patulous GE Junction Hill's grade 1 not much to be worried about.
And you must already been taking the treatment.
Please give details of the treatment taken in past and now.
From the all the information that I can gather my opinion is as follows:
Your symptoms and signs indicate a major role of stress and/or anxiety as an instigating or enhancing factor.
The burping/hiccoughs and majorly the bloating part explains this. Bloating usually occurs due to a condition called aerophagia wherein the person swallows the air unknowingly. The major cause as said is stress/anxiety.
Contribution by other factors like intolerance to certain foods and beverages should be observed by you and to be stopped strictly. You only can find out , out of self-experience.
You can try soft bland diet to be distributed into 4 parts and be taken as breakfast, lunch, brunch and dinner.
Good 6-8 hours of sleep with early dinner helps.
Treatment of stress and anxiety is also importance.
If obesity is present then you have to take care to reduce BMI.
Continue your treatment as advised and post me the details so that I can add something if it is missing. The treatment is quite standard in such cases.
Please give feedback, any additional history as asked for, treatments and ask for relevant queries.
Take care.
