Brief Answer:
I would explain as follows.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,

I have read your question and understand your concerns.

The possible causes of your headaches may be several, including primary headaches such as tension-type, sinusitis, stress-related, etc. but seem not linked to the history of seizures.

In my opinion, further evaluation is necessary for a correct understanding of the cause.

The evaluation includes an examination by your Neurologist and imaging of the brain (CT scan or MRI).

Discuss with your Doctor these issues.

I hope this helps.

Feel free to ask if you have further questions.

Take care.
