Why Am I Having Cramps In The Upper Part Of Abdomen While Sleeping At Night?
Question: For the last 3-4 days I am having cramps in the upper part of abdomen while sleeping at night. The cramps are not for very long - maybe only 1 minute but are painful. There are absolutely no issues during the daytime. Also there are no signs of indigestion or acidity. Bowels are also normal. Please advise suitable medication
Brief Answer:
I will suggest an ultrasound
Detailed Answer:
Hello and welcome,
You are already taking Pan D and cyclopam tablets. These should have controlled the pain.
Since the pain is still there, you may visit a surgeon and get examined. If there is need, he may run a whole abdomen scan or other tests to confirm the diagnosis.
Meanwhile eat easily digestible food and also get checked for typhoid fever with a blood test.
