Hi,

This could be due to a number of causes including H. pylori infection. So, I would recommend that you get a stool analysis to exclude H. pylori infection. Also, this could be due to gastritis which can be treated by Omeprazole once daily and Ranitidine before every meal. Also this could be due to pregnancy, so if you are sexually active, please take a pregnancy test. in the meanwhile, take Primaperone every eight hours together with the Imodium.

I rented a rv on 7/9 and the water was not working so we couldn't wash our hands part of the time. My. Symptoms started 7/19, could this have caused my illness
