Brief Answer:
hormonal imbalance or infection

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

Thanks for your query.

Irregular periods are a common and most common cause for the same is hormonal imbalance, This can happen due to the failure of the ovaries to produce hormones as and when scheduled. Most of times the problem gets resolved on its own needing no medication.

The other cause could be infection since you have an increased frequency of micturition which can be seen secondary to pelvic inflammatory disease. It has to be evaluated in detail.

Hope, i answered your query.

Wish you good health.

Regards,
