Why Am I Having Irritation In The Tip Of The Penis Skin And Its Getting More Now?

Question: I am having irritation in the tip of the penis skin and its getting more now.. For last 2 days i noticed some white patches.. Getting severe irritation while pulling back the foreskin.. Last few weeks i was travelling and used common swimming pool after a very long time and was in wet underwear for couple of hours. Not sure if its a Penile yeast infection. Need your guidance and medicine to treat the issue

Based on the facts that you have posted it seems that you have acquired infection of Urethra (Urethritis)

Did you have sexual contact with any unknown woman very recently?

Start taking antibiotics like Ceftum 500 mg along with anti inflammatory drug like Diclofenac twice daily.

Get your routine urine test done.

Ensure to drink more water to keep your urine dilute along with Urine alkaliser Citralka thrice daily.

Sir, I haven't had sex with ay unknown woman..

So, does the medication look like following?
Ceftum 500 mg - 1-0-1 (pls suggest for how many days) |
Diclofenac -1-0-1 (pls suggest for how many days) |
Citralka Liquid - 3 times - please suggest the dosage

With history of Diabetes it could be fungal infection which is very common in diabetic individuals.

Start taking anti fungal medicine like Fluconazole twice daily.

Use anti fungal cream like Candid cream for local application.

Thank you so much for the clarification sir.. So i should ignore the anti-biotics and have only the Fluconazole twice daily and apply Candid cream... Can you please help me with the following:

Fluconazole - What mg should i take twice daily
Candid Cream - Can this be applied in the foreskin and the inner folds also?

Since fungal infection is always associated with secondary bacterial infection you need to take antibiotics.

Take Fluconazole 200 mg twice daily.

Candid cream is to be applied over outer and inner part of foreskin.
