Tab. Nusaid P for 5 days after food
Tab. Shelcal HD for 30 days AF
Daily walking for 30 mins. Knee strengthening exercises. Physiotherapy if pain is severe.

Ma'am yesterday i have undergone a xray and the local doctor said there is no chance of arthritis because the knee gap is normal and now I'm confused. How can i send you pictures of xrays for confirmation.
