2.What is duration of your abdominal pain? Since hiw many days yu have this problem?
3.Do you have dull ache mild pain or severe pain?
4.Are you doing frequent masturbation everyday while having sexual dreams?
5.Any other complain like blood in stool?

Recently I am attacked to fever only for oneday.
From one year onwards iam suffering from abdominal pain'.
Severe pain in abdomen only for 15 minutes.
No iam not doing masturbation while dreaming.
No complain related to blood in stool.
Investigation done for abdomen pain but no problem in scan reports.
But daily once in a day am suffering from abdominal pain'.

Following is my opinion for your asked question.
You have lower abdominal pain since one year. Pain is only for few minutes.
It could be some form of chronic diverticulitis like infection problem or functional bowel problem due to indigestion.
You have mentioned that scan report is normal. I request you attach scan report here to give more comment.
It's better to investigate with MRI or CT abdomen and pelvis scan report to exclude all possible pathology of intestinal lesion.
If all scan report normal than you need not to worry about that short duration pain.
It's not related to your sexual dream.
