Hypertension(High BP)
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Thank you for your query. I can understand your concerns.
Tablet Eritel CH 40 (Telmisartan 40 mg & Chlorthalidone 12.5 mg) - a combination of ARB (angiotensin receptor blocker) and diuretic is common drug used for hypertension.Goal BP (below 60 years of age) is < 140/90 mm hg.
Zapiz (Clonazepam 0.5 mg) is used for anxiety disorders .Also it will help reduce BP to some extent by allaying anxiety factor but need not be continued for a very long period.
Health-promoting lifestyle modifications (diet ,walking/aerobic exercise and meditation) favorably affect blood pressure and are to be continued.
