Question: I am XXXXXXX we are trying to conceive for the last 2years.my age-30,height-5'.4",weight-46kg.
In the last 2years I had laproscopy twice and polypectomy once.I had endometriosis treatment-had 7 zoladex injections,my periods were stopped for 7months. From this April'2011 my periods got started again and in my follicular study even after having hcg inj. my follicles are not rupturing at all. I dont know whats the reason.My doctor is also not sure whats happening. Please help,can i conceive naturally or should we plan for IVF??

my infertility History:
I am Sandhya-30Years old.Married on 08-08-2008.
We have started to consult gynaec in May 2009.I had Polypectomy in may 25th'2009.
In Sept'2009 our gynaec did study of my husband's semen. Its found that motility is 40%.He had
4months of tablets.Parallely i was also under observation-follicle study.In Nov'2009 its found that in my right
ovary haemorrhaegic follicle cyst was found of size 44.1X30.2mm.I had Laproscopy on 12thDec'2009. after Laproscopy in XXXXXXX even after having
letoval 2.5mg&hcg inj.my follicle hasnt ruptured and my right follicle has become harmorrhaegic cyst of size 56.4X44.3mm.
My gynae has no idea whats happening,she told me to contact fertility specialist.Then we had been to fertility specialist.
He found that it may be due to endometriosis and my endometriosis treatment started in March'2010.
I had my first Zoladex(3.6) inj.in March.After 5 Zoladex injections. till Aug'2010
I had laproscopy in Sept'2010. In lap its found that Uterus is of normal size
and in Rt.Ovary Chocolate Cyst of size 50X45mm which is removed.Left ovary is normal ,Both the tubes are normal,endometrial implants were seen,
2more zoladex injections were taken after Laproscopy based on Doctor's advice.My periods started in April'2011 .From April my follicles are not rupturing
at all evenafter letoval2.5mg & 2 hcg injections each time.Will i conceive naturally? or should i go for IVF?? please suggest.
We dont want to waste time any more,its already 3years of our marriage and getting depressed as the days passing on.
Our age is also increasing whichh may become complicate for IVF also.
Please advice.

Please send the treatment plan with expenses. I got to know that IUI success rates are very low. I also want to know whether this IUI treatment has any effect on my body.If i had to have IVF(incase if its required) can i go for it immediately after the failure of IUI??Its just my perception.
