Brief Answer:
Can be due to several possible causes.

Detailed Answer:

Hello,

Well, the most likely cause, as you've asked, is dehydration, which in turn can give rise to hemoconcentration thus can result like this.

However, since you've been referred to the Hematologist, I believe they must've ruled that out after examining you clinically. The next possible and another commonly encountered cause is Polycythemia (where all these three parameters can be found elevated).

This condition (Polycythemia) can again be due to several other causes, namely (Primary or Familial i.e. due to certain genetic mutations), whereas Secondary due to High altitude living, prolonged Smoking, COPD, Emphysema, Heart Failure and some other pathological conditions.

So, as you see, the causes can be plenty, and a thorough medical-hematological evaluation is required to arrive at a certain diagnosis. Management can be done based on the findings.

Let me know if I can assist you further. Take Care.
Regards
