Why Are My Joints On All Limbs Hurting Badly After A Week At The Gym?

I have attached my medical reports of Vitamin D which I took in 2017 & 2018. In 2017 I used Calcirol sachets for 12 weeks then monthly once till date.
I went to Gym for a week and I did treadmill, Cross trainer, Crunches and lifted weights... Suddenly I am feeling joint pains a lot.
Left arm & Wrist has severe pain and taking treatment from physiotherapy.
Since, I have joined pains, I undergone Vitamin D test again and attached reports for your reference. It is showing 21 better than last year but I am feeling pain in all joints and muscles. Also, since last year, I am put on lot of weight. I don;'t have thyroid, I checked in XXXXXXX 2018.
Please advice.
Joints pain may be related to musculoskeletal aches.
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
I went through the reports. Both the reports show vitamin D at 21 (taken this year). As you report improvement in vitamin D levels, I suggest you continue the same treatment.
As far as joint pain is concerned, the aches may be related to musculoskeletal pain. It is important to know how the pains evolve in the next few days - whether or not it settles down and if you develop any new symptoms such as weakness, tiredness, fever and so on. If pains are severe, you can take analgesic drugs like Etoshine MR twice daily for relief.
The pain may or may not be related to vitamin D levels, since the pain started abruptly and vitamin D levels are on the rise. Do not be worried. Observe how your symptoms evolve in the next few days and consider taking medications as suggested above.
Hope this answered your question. Let me know if you need clarifications.

Other joint pains are bearable but left hand wrist is severe and pain is increasing day by day. Can you suggest which doctor I need to consult if it is required in person or do you suggest any test for wrist pain. I am having sleepless nights bcz of wrist pain.
After physiotherapy, left arm shown some improvement but not the wrist.

Preferably consult a rheumatologist.
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Since the pain is localized to the joints, I would suggest you consult a rheumatologist preferably. If one is not available, you may consult an orthopedic doctor.
Until you meet a doctor, you may try analgesic drugs like Tab Etoshine MR twice a day for a few days along with ice/heat therapy for pain relief. Other medications can be started after careful clinical examination/evaluation.
Hope this helps.
