Question: If i were to pull back my foreskin. I see very little tiny white yellowish dots. (Not the ones on the head) they are on my shaft and in groups, you can see them only when you pull the foreskin back. But they go around my whole penis. i do not know what they are. And it is worrying. I dont know who to consult.

Brief Answer:
If you are sexually active can be warts- condyloma acuminata

Detailed Answer:

Hello,

If you are not or have not been sexually active before, then you do not need to worry about them.

If you have been sexually active, then they may be warts. Please kindly upload a photo in our system so I can have a look and confirm that or diagnose any other option.

Also, do you have any other symptoms- pain, redness, swelling, discharge. Let me know as much information as ypu can think may be relevant.

Looking forward to your follow-up question.

Regards,
Dr. Papaqako.

Brief Answer:
Condyloma acuminata are from a virus called Human Papiloma.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,

Thank you for the follow up question.

Your photo didn't came through for some reason. To upload a photo simply click on the link to upload a file and follow the instructions. If this proves difficult, please send the image by mail to YYYY@YYYY and request that the image should be uploaded to your query.

If you are sexually active, and how you are describing them, then it most probably is a visus called human papiloma virus. In general in males it is self limited and the body gets rid of them itself. But if you are bothered by them cosmetically you can approach a dermatologist and they can treat them by burning them or giving local treatment by cream.

I hope this answers your question. Let me know if you have other questions or concerns.

Regards,
Dr. Papaqako

Brief Answer:
Can also send by mail.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,

You can also send the image by mail to YYYY@YYYY and address it to my name: Dr Papaqako.

But, better it would be to upload it here. Check in the page where you have this query and you should have a button which says "upload image" or something like that.

About your question- It needs at least 6 months for the body to get rid of them. But sometimes, if they are too many, the body is not able to fight them and so you may need the help of a dermatologist to give treatment about them.

Regards,
Dr. Papaqako
