Brief Answer:
It is ADD and secondary Depressive symptoms, medicines can definitely help.
Detailed Answer:
Dear ,
I read your problems and can understand what you have been passing through since long. You have at present symptoms of Major Depressive disorder as well as Attention Deficit Disorder (ADD). Both can be treated well with the medicines. If your problem is there since childhood or adolescent, then it is more likely ADD and secondary to that Depressive symptoms should be there.
After starting medicines and have some progress you can opt for therapy.
Duration if treatment will be at least 6 months.
Please consult any local psychiatrist for treatment or online consultation when feasible.
Regards.
