Detailed Answer:

Hello,

Welcome and thank you for asking.

I passed carefully through your question and would explain that your symptoms could be related to gastro-esophageal reflux or a Hiatal hernia.

For this reason, I would recommend performing a chest X ray study and a fibrogastroscopy, to investigate for the above possible disorders.

In the meantime, I would recommend avoiding large meals and spicy food and try to eat more frequently and in small portions.

Hope you will find this answer helpful!

Wishing good health,

Dr. Iliri
