Brief Answer:
Considerations

Detailed Answer:
Hello and thanks for the query,

This type of acute change in vision needs evaluation as soon as possible. It is possible there may be a disruption of blood flow to your eye or to vital areas of your brain which affect vision.

Please go to your nearest emergency room for evaluation. You may needto see a ophthalmologist or neurologist as well depending on what is discovered in the ER.

Thanks again for your query. Again, an acute change in vision like this should not be ignored and should be evaluated as soon as possible.

Sincerely,

Dr. Galamaga
