Brief Answer:
homronal imbalance

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

Thanks for your query.

The symptoms you have could be due to hormonal imbalance which can be seen just before the periods. This is a usual presentation in many women just before their periods. It is called pre-menstrual syndrome and can cause a spectrum of symptoms including ones you have complained of.

It is self limiting needing no medications or interventions. These may not last for more than a week, If the symptoms continue I recommend a visit to your gynecologist for a better evaluation and management.

Hope, I answered your query.

Wish you good health.

regards,
