However, soemtimes it can be sign of some disorders such as coagualtion disorders or liver and kidney diseases. For the beginning you should do some blood tests: prothrombine time, coagulation factors, trombocyte count. If this is fine, you should check your liver and kidney function. Some drugs can cause it as well.
