It looks like urinary tract infection. I would suggest you to take:
Tab. Ciplox 500 mg 1-0-1* 7 days.
Syp. Citralka 10ml mix it with water and drink it at night.
Tab. Dolo 650 mg for pain or discomfort as and when required.
Adequate fluids 3 to 4 liters of water, citric juices etc.
