I don't face any constipations.
There is no bleeding. I did not observe fleshy mass over the anal opening.
I eat at home and out on the weekends.
Please let me know if there are further questions.

Hi again,
Thanks for writing back,
Sorry for the inadvertent delay in replying back,
As per your details, it can just be some discomfort caused due to inflammation over that specific area or can may be an anal tear.
I would suggest you to do the following:
- Avoid foods that are too hot and spicy.
- Consume plenty of fluids, minimum of 2 Litres/ day.
- Apply Sitz bath: Sitting in a basin of warm water with salt. This helps in reducing the inflammation and thereby relieving your discomfort.
- Continue taking Pantop DSR and Vizytac.
- Also you can choose to apply ANOVATE cream over the area locally using an applicator provided alongwith.
I hope this helps,
Please feel free to discuss further,
Regards

Hello again,
Thanks for the follow up,
Yes, it could be piles or haemorrhoids. These are caused as result of increased abdominal pressure on the veins causing them to swell and resulting in irritation.
I would suggest you to do the following:
- Conitnue doing Sitz bath 3-4 times a day as I have mentioned earlier, as this will help in reducing the inflammation, thereby may even decrease the size of the mass slowly.
- Avoid straining while passing stools.
- You can continue with the ointment I prescribed earlier, ANOVATE cream.
- You may consider consulting with a general surgeon for proper examination if you find any bleeding or pain over the swelling.
- Include plenty of fiber and fluids in your daily routine.
I hope this helps,
Please feel free to discuss further,
Regards.
