Detailed Answer:

Hello,

I can understand your concern.

Causes of lightheadedness and unbalance are hypovolemia (loss of body fluids), anemia, vertigo, hypoglycemia, hypotension, postural hypotension, electrolyte imbalance or may be any CNS pathology.

Let me know whether do you have vomiting, loose motions, giddiness on head movement, diabetes, hypertension, decreased appetite? Kindly follow up with a detailed history.

I'd suggest you do a complete blood count, blood sugar level, serum electrolytes, CT scan brain, Blood pressure monitoring to rule out any possibilities. Kindly follow up with reports. Treatment mainly depends upon underlying condition. Along with that drink lots of fluids, Take balanced diet. take iron-rich foods.

As you feel better after eating, so I think it may be a peptic ulcer. You can take cap. Omeprazole/ Pantoprazole 40 mg, syp. Mucaine gel 2 tsp. As these are prescription medications, so kindly consult with your doctor. If the pain is severe, then an Upper GI-endoscopy needed to be done to rule possible H. pylori infection.

Meanwhile, avoid spicy, hot meal. Take light food. Do regular exercises. I think this will clarify your concern. Take care.

Detailed Answer:
Hello and welcome back.

Thank you for your reply. As blood work up is normal, it's good. As you said, I think hypoglycemia may be the cause.

Kindly follow all measures as suggested earlier. I think this will clarify your concern. Take care.
