Why Do I Feel Uncomfortable Sensation In Heart?
Thanks for writing in.
I am a qualified and certified cardiologist. I read your mail with diligence.
Are you taking any medicines for control of "mild BP"?
Do you feel short of breath or air hunger when you are "woken up by heart"?
Have you consulted any doctor for evaluation of risk factors for coronary artery disease.

Therefore, I will strongly recommend consulting your doctor; he/she may complete the list as well do the EKG / TMT to find out target organ damage due to hypertension. Good Luck.
