Brief Answer:
Probably some examinations should be done to confirm the diagnosis.

Detailed Answer:

Hello,

Your symptoms seem to be related to many medical conditions.

I suggest the following examinations to precisely confirm the cause.
- A complete blood count to check for anemia
- A chest X-ray and pulmonary function tests
- Thyroid hormone levels
- An electrocardiogram to evaluate the cardiac function

Treatment depends on the cause, so the examinations are necessary for proper treatment.

Meanwhile, I suggest you:
- Avoid caffeine and alcohol
- Avoid eating before bed
- Avoid smoking
- Avoid greasy, fried food which can cause acid reflux

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
