Dear mam
I am 27 years old and I am male. I am telling you in detail.
I eat normal food at home all three times. And I don't eat outside food. When I eat food, pain starts in the bottom of the chest. And every day for 3 years I have heartburn from chest to throat and sometimes even vomit. Sometimes he doesn't even feel like eating food. And I eat bread, normal vegetables in food all three times.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Considering the long standing nature of symptoms and severity, I recommend a gastroenterologist opinion for endoscopy to check for gastric ulcers which could cause such frequent episodes and to rule out H PYLORI infection. To control symptoms at present you could take Tablet Nexpro half an hour before food morning and night for a week. Kindly avoid oily spicy hot foods and have frequent small meals.
