Brief Answer:
Urticaria

Detailed Answer:
Hello. Thank you for asking.
I am Dr. Kakkar (Dermatologist and Venereologist). I have noted your concern.

Perhaps it is a urticated/Urticaria like skin lesion. I suggest you apply a soothing lotion e.g Calamine lotion. In addition, I suggest you take an oral antihistamine e.g Cetirizine 10mg tab once every evening for a few days.

Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards
